120 m2 modern light luxury model room
project background
This case is a model room with three bedrooms and two halls of 120 square meters. The target audience is young families who pay attention to quality and rituals of life. The owner hopes that the space "looks advanced, but not exaggerated; it is comfortable to live and easy to clean". Therefore, we use the modern lighting luxury route: less saturated colors as the base, metal and rock slabs as embellishment, and lighting layers to shape the atmosphere.
Design strategy
The living room uses the rock slab TV wall as the visual focus, and the customized cabinets on both sides digest the storage needs; the sofa area leaves a complete social scale, and the coffee table and side table form a flexible combination. The dining room and kitchen are semi-open, and the island has both meal preparation and lighting social functions. The master bedroom emphasizes quiet and tidy, and the second bedroom reserves multi-functional switching ability.

Landing results
After completion, the number of visits in the first month of the model room opening has been significantly improved, and customer feedback "There is quality at first glance, and it is very life-like when you look at it carefully". The plan was subsequently reused for two sets of the same apartment hardcover delivery, only fine-tuned in soft color.
